Kurt Geiger is the Principal of Kompendium.  Kompendium helps companies optimize their talent by improving employee and job candidate experiences. 

Kurt has over 25-years of Human Resources experience.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Temple University and his MBA from Holy Family University.

Kurt holds the (Senior Professional in Human Resources) SPHR and the (Society of Human Resource’s Senior Certified Professional Designation) SHRM-SCP.  Kurt is also a Certified Predictive Index Partner.

Elizabeth Geiger is a Licensed Clinician and Business Development Professional with experience in several industries.  Elizabeth serves as the Chief Business Development Officer with Kompendium.

Elizabeth has led business development and planning functions with an eye towards the client and internal programs designed to improve the employee experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business, with a concentration on marketing and advertising. Additionally, she holds a master’s in clinical social work and has many years of experience working with health care companies and individuals. Elizabeth brings compassion and evidence-based practices to her work in the health care space.
