Kurt has over 25 years of Human Resources experience. In 2020, he launched Kompendium to provide Fractional Human Resources services to small and growing companies.

Kurt earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Temple University and his MBA from Holy Family University. Kurt holds the SPHR (Senior Profession in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional Designation). Kurt is also a Certified Predictive Index Partner. Most recently, Kurt earn the CDCS (Certified Digital Career Strategist) designation from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
